Return Policy
At Dignified Pathways, all purchases directly support our mission as a community organization.
Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Donation & Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through the Dignified Pathways website are considered donation-supported
purchases. As a result, all items are FINAL SALE and donations are non-refundable. We do not offer
returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, preference
or style issues, or normal wear and tear. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree
that your payment supports our community mission and is treated as a final donation.
Damaged or Defective Items (Limited Exception)
We will gladly address issues only if an item arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for a
damaged-item review, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number,
clear photos of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed and
approved, we may offer a replacement of the same item (subject to availability), store credit, or in rare
cases, a partial or full refund.
Return Shipping (If Applicable)
Approved damaged-item returns may require the item to be sent back. Return shipping instructions will
be provided upon approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement: items marked as Final Sale, donated
items, gifted items, and items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
Preorder & Production Notice
Many of our items are produced through preorder or limited production runs. Production timelines and
delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Delays related to manufacturing or shipping partners do
not qualify for refunds.
