Dignified Pathways — Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Production
Most Dignified Pathways items are created through preorder or limited production models. Orders are
processed after the preorder window closes, when applicable. Production timelines may range from 7–21
business days before shipment. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these production
timelines.
Shipping Timeframes
Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days after shipment.
International (if available): 7–21 business days after shipment. Shipping times are estimates only and
may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package weight and size, and
selected shipping method. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the
customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address
provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Dignified Pathways
is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Returned orders due to address
errors may require additional shipping charges.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Dignified Pathways is not responsible for carrier delays, or for packages marked as delivered but lost or
stolen. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Return Policy for instructions and eligibility.
Claims must be submitted within the timeframe stated in that policy.
Final Sale & Donation Notice
All purchases support the mission of Dignified Pathways and are considered donation-supported final
sales. Shipping delays or carrier issues do not qualify for refunds.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon
posting.
